【疾病经过】
去年 8 月 3 日，那个噩梦般的日子，彻底改变了我们全家的命运。弟弟骑着电动车与一辆私家车相撞，被紧急送往县人民医院抢救。因伤势过重，又迅速转至县中医院。在与死神抗争三天后，弟弟接受了开颅手术。术后在 ICU 的 17 个日夜，每分每秒都是煎熬，我们守在监护仪旁，紧盯着起伏的线条，祈祷奇迹降临。可当他被转到重症病房，依然是植物人状态，没有丝毫苏醒的迹象。
为了寻求更好的治疗，我们辗转将弟弟送到兰州二院。在那里，他又在 ICU 度过了 13 天，随后住院治疗两个多月。如今，我们又来到兰州大学第一医院，这一路的奔波、守候，已长达 9 个月。9 个月来，弟弟无法自主进食，只能依靠鼻饲管维持生命，曾经阳光帅气的他，如今瘦得皮包骨，还因长期卧床患上了压褥疮。医院说他还需要做好几次手术，而且要长期康复治疗。看着他遭受这般折磨，父母整日以泪洗面，我更是心如刀绞。
【家庭情况】
这半年多来，为了挽救弟弟的生命，我们家已花费 96 万多元。父母都是朴实的农民，一辈子面朝黄土背朝天，靠着几亩薄田维持生计。为了给弟弟治病，他们掏空了所有积蓄，借遍了所有亲戚朋友，能卖的东西也都变卖了。我们四处奔波借钱，低声下气求人，可面对后续漫长的治疗费用，这些只是杯水车薪。
21 岁，多美好的年纪！弟弟才刚刚走上社会，还没来得及好好看看这个世界，还没来得及实现自己的梦想，还没来得及好好孝顺父母。他的学习很好，曾说想带父母去大城市看看，想在工作中闯出一番天地，可如今，这些愿望都被这场车祸无情地击碎。
